Zapier Integration

Connect calls to
thousands of apps

If it works with Zapier, it works with your calls. CallRing AI POSTs completed calls, missed calls, voicemails and messages to a Zapier Catch Hook, firing any Zap you build — scoped by a whole workspace or just specific numbers, with the fields you choose. No code, no glue scripts.

What is the Zapier integration?

It turns every call into a trigger for the rest of your stack. Using a Webhooks by Zapier Catch Hook, CallRing AI POSTs a JSON body whenever a call completes, a call is missed, a voicemail is left, or a message arrives — which fires your Zap. From there, Zapier connects CallRing AI to thousands of apps, so you can add spreadsheet rows, send emails, create CRM records or kick off any workflow, all with no code.

Set up in minutes

Connect Zapier in three steps

Grab a Catch Hook URL from Zapier, paste it, and your calls start firing Zaps.

1

Create a Catch Hook in Zapier

In Zapier, start a Zap with a Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook trigger and copy the URL it gives you.

2

Paste it and choose numbers

Paste the Catch Hook URL for the matching event in CallRing AI and scope it to a whole workspace or a hand-picked set of numbers.

3

Pick fields and build your Zap

Choose which fields go in the JSON payload, then build the rest of your Zap in Zapier to connect any app you like.

FAQ

Common questions

How do I connect Zapier?

In Zapier, create a Zap with a Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook trigger and copy its URL. In CallRing AI you paste that URL for the matching event, choose which numbers it covers, and pick the fields to include. There is one connected Zapier account per owner.

Can each event trigger a different Zap?

Yes. Completed calls, missed calls, voicemails and messages each have their own Catch Hook URL, so each event can fire its own Zap.

What is in the payload?

Each event is sent as JSON with the fields you choose — such as the business number, caller number, contact, direction, status, duration, source, recording link and date and time — ready to map onto any Zap action.

Can I target only some numbers?

Yes. Each event is scoped either to a whole workspace or to a hand-picked set of numbers, so you only trigger Zaps for the calls you choose.

Do I need to write any code?

No. You paste a Catch Hook URL and choose fields — that is it. Everything else is built visually inside Zapier, with no code.
