- Communication data: voicemail recordings and transcriptions associated with your account.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and session information collected automatically when you use our platform.
- Payment information: processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the CallRing AI platform and services.
- Process transactions and manage your subscription.
- Route and handle calls, voicemails, and notifications as configured by you.
- Send transactional communications such as account confirmations, invoices, and service notices.
- Respond to your support requests and enquiries.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Telephony Services — SignalWire Disclaimer
CallRing AI uses SignalWire as its underlying telephony infrastructure provider to deliver call routing, phone number provisioning, voice services, and related communications features.
Important: By using CallRing AI's telephony features, you acknowledge that call data — including metadata such as originating and receiving numbers, call duration, and call recordings where applicable — may be processed by SignalWire in accordance with their own terms of service and privacy policy.
If there is any issue or disruption regarding SignalWire's infrastructure, availability, call quality, or any service failure attributable to SignalWire's platform, CallRing AI is not responsible for such issues. We work as a team in partnership with SignalWire to deliver the best possible service, but ultimate responsibility for the underlying telephony network lies with SignalWire.

Payments — Stripe
CallRing AI uses Stripe as its payment processor to handle subscriptions and billing securely.
We do not store your card details in our database. Your full card number, CVC, and expiry are sent directly to Stripe and handled entirely on their PCI-compliant infrastructure. We only keep a secure token reference provided by Stripe so we can process your subscription — never the card data itself.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: We use vetted third-party vendors (including SignalWire for telephony, and payment processors) that process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government authority.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you beforehand.
- With your consent: We will share information with third parties when you have explicitly consented to such sharing.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Call logs and recordings are retained for a default period of 90 days after the call date, unless you configure longer retention in your account settings or applicable law requires otherwise. Upon account deletion we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, hashed password storage (bcrypt), role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

CallRing AI is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.
