Yes. Each record is scoped either to a whole workspace or to a hand-picked set of numbers, and each event points at its own Slack channel — so sales, support and billing can each land in their own place.
Which details are included in a notification?
You choose. For each event you can include fields like the business number, caller number, contact name, direction, status, duration, source, recording link, associated deal and the date and time — or just the ones you care about.
Do I need to write any code?

Can I turn it off or change channels later?
