Measure calls
like any GA4 event

Stop treating the phone as a blind spot. CallRing AI sends completed calls, missed calls, voicemails and messages into Google Analytics 4 as events — so calls sit right alongside your website traffic and conversions. Scoped by a whole workspace or just specific numbers, with no extra tracking code to deploy.

What is the Google Analytics integration?

It makes phone calls visible in the same place you already measure everything else. Using the GA4 Measurement Protocol, CallRing AI sends an event to your Google Analytics property whenever a call completes, a call is missed, a voicemail is left, or a message arrives. Because they are ordinary GA4 events, you can report on them, mark them as conversions, build audiences, and fold calls into your attribution — all with no extra script on your website.

Set up in minutes

Connect Google Analytics in three steps

No OAuth, no website changes. Paste two values and you are live.

1

Add your GA4 property

Create a record and paste your Measurement ID (G-XXXXXXXXXX) and a Measurement Protocol API secret from your GA4 admin. That is the destination.

2

Choose what it covers

Scope the record to a whole workspace or a hand-picked set of numbers, so only the calls you care about are measured.

3

Turn on your events

Enable completed calls, missed calls, voicemails and messages, and pick the fields to send. Events start flowing into GA4 straight away.

What gets measured

Four events, sent straight to GA4

Each one arrives with its own event name, ready to report on and mark as a conversion.

Call Completed

call_completed

A successful call fires a GA4 event so answered calls count as engagement.

Missed Call

missed_call

Unanswered calls are tracked so you can measure and reduce missed demand.

Voicemail

voicemail

Voicemails become events so you can see intent even when nobody answered.

Message

message

Texts are sent as events so conversations show up in your reports too.

Why teams like it

Close the loop between calls and marketing

No website code

Events are sent server to server via the Measurement Protocol — nothing to add to your site or tag container.

Mark as conversions

Because they are normal GA4 events, you can flag them as key events and use them in reports and attribution.

Precise scoping

Send only the numbers that matter — target a whole workspace or a hand-picked list per record.

Fields you choose

Attach the parameters you need — direction, status, duration, source and more — to each event you send.

Calls in your funnels

See phone activity next to web sessions so you can compare channels and understand true demand.

Your keys, your data

You supply your own Measurement ID and API secret, so events land in a property you fully control.

FAQ

Common questions

How do I connect Google Analytics?

There is no OAuth to set up. In your dashboard you create a record, paste your GA4 Measurement ID (G-XXXXXXXXXX) and a Measurement Protocol API secret, choose which numbers it covers, and turn on the events you want.

Do I need to add tracking code to my website?

No. Events are sent server to server via the GA4 Measurement Protocol, so there is no extra script or tag to deploy on your site.

Can I mark calls as conversions?

Yes. Because each event lands in GA4 as a normal event, you can mark it as a key event or conversion and use it in reports, audiences and attribution just like any web event.

Which events are sent?

Completed calls, missed calls, voicemails and messages, each sent as its own GA4 event with the fields you choose to include.

Can different numbers report to different properties?

Yes. Each record has its own Measurement ID and API secret and is scoped to a workspace or a set of numbers, so you can route to whichever GA4 property fits.
