Workspaces

Give every team, department or client its own space. Each workspace keeps its members, phone numbers, call flows, campaigns and deals neatly separated — so groups work side by side without stepping on each other, all from one account.

Workspaces

What is a workspace?

A workspace is a self-contained area inside your CallRing AI account for one team, department or client. Everything a group needs — its members, phone numbers, call flows, campaigns, deals and sources — lives inside it and stays separate from the rest. You can run as many workspaces as your plan allows and switch between them in a click.

Step 1 · Create

Spin up a workspace in seconds

Give the workspace a name and a short description, pick whether it starts Active or Inactive, and save. That’s it — the workspace is ready for members, numbers and flows.

Plans include free workspaces; extra ones cost a small fee from your balance.

Step 2 · Your workspaces

Every workspace in one list

All the workspaces you own sit on a single page. Search, filter by status or date, and open any one of them with a click.

Manage Workspace

One click in — no separate login

You never sign in to a workspace separately. There’s no extra password and no account switching. Just hit Manage Workspace on any card to drop straight into it, see everything inside, make your changes, and jump back to the list just as fast — every workspace managed from one place.

Step 3 · Manage

Everything for a team, in one place

Open a workspace and work through eight tabs. Start on the Overview dashboard, manage who’s in the team and which numbers they own, then dig into calls, messages, voicemails, campaigns and sources — every figure scoped to that workspace’s numbers.

FAQ

Common questions

How do I create a workspace?

Open Workspaces, click Create, enter a name and description, choose Active or Inactive, and save. It’s ready to use straight away.

Is there a limit to how many workspaces I can have?

Your plan includes a set number of free workspaces. You can add more beyond that — each extra workspace is charged a small per-workspace fee from your account balance.

What can I manage inside a workspace?

Members and their roles, assigned phone numbers, attached call flows, plus the workspace’s campaigns, deals, sources, calls, messages and voicemails.

Can I turn a workspace off without deleting it?

Yes. Set a workspace to Inactive to pause it while keeping all of its data, and switch it back to Active whenever you need it.

How do the workspace stats help me?

They show totals, active vs inactive split, month-over-month and week-over-week growth, and a daily creation chart — so you can track and plan how your account grows.
