What is Account Settings?

It’s your personal control panel. From the Edit Profile page you manage your name and email, change your password, switch between light and dark appearance, and enable two-factor authentication — all saved to your account and synced across your devices.

Step 1 · Find it

Open it from the top nav

Click your name and avatar in the navigation, then choose Settings. That takes you straight to Edit Profile.

Edit your profile

Update your name and email. Your avatar initials, role and member-since date sit right on the card.

Step 3 · Secure it

Turn on two-factor authentication

Add a second layer to every sign-in. Scan a QR code with your authenticator app, confirm a 6-digit code, and you’re protected — with recovery codes as a backup.

Protected — with a backup

Once confirmed, the card shows Enabled and your account is protected. You also get recovery codes to get back in if you lose your device, and you can disable 2FA anytime from the same card.

Step 4 · Timezone

Set your timezone, see it in the nav

Pick your timezone once and every call, message and voicemail time is shown in it — and a live clock in the top nav always reflects it.

Search and pick a timezone, hit Save Timezone, and every timestamp across your calls, messages and voicemails updates to match — while the live clock in the top nav keeps showing the current time in that zone.

Common questions

Where do I find account settings?

Open the user menu in the top navigation — your name and avatar — and choose Settings. That opens the Edit Profile page.

What can I edit in my profile?

Your full name and email, with avatar initials, role and member-since shown. You can also change your password and pick a light or dark theme.

How does two-factor authentication work?

Click Enable 2FA, scan the QR code with an authenticator app, then enter the 6-digit code to confirm. After that you enter a TOTP code each sign-in, with recovery codes as a backup.

Is my theme choice saved?

Yes. Your light or dark appearance is saved to your account and follows you across devices.
